Jim Philippidis from Solitary Designer Homes has been building in the area since 1981, and Mark Philippidis since 2004. They understand the importance of building and designing a home that suits every clients needs and expectations. Ensuring there is constant communication between themselves, the trades and the clients, they makes sure the entire build is a stress free process. Also encouraging clients to visit the site during the various stages to alleviate any concerns.

Solitary Designer Homes offer a full in house service, from concept to completion. Providing planning and design services, with concept drawings and full working plans including 3D visualisation of the project.

All council submissions are dealt with by Solitary Designer Homes, ensuring all potential planning issues are dealt with and peace of mind for the client.
